The Role

You're the bridge between our customers and our product. You personally manage our top customers, run onboarding calls, maintain our Discord community, and make sure customer needs reach the dev team. You also write guides and tutorials and help with ticket support. Nobody on the team is closer to the users than you.

What You Will Do

  • Personally manage top customers — via call, chat, and email
  • Run onboarding calls and get new customers to success
  • Actively maintain and moderate our Discord community
  • Relay customer feedback in a structured way to the product and dev team
  • Write guides, tutorials, and help center articles
  • Handle ticket support — fast, friendly, solution-focused

What We Expect

  • Experience in customer success, account management, or support
  • You communicate clearly, warmly, and on equal footing — in writing and verbally
  • You can explain complex topics in simple terms
  • You're organized and stay on top of many parallel requests without losing track
  • Independent work style — you spot problems before customers report them

Nice to Have

  • Experience with e-commerce, Amazon FBA, or online arbitrage
  • Community management experience (Discord, Slack, Facebook Groups)
  • Experience with support tools (Intercom, Zendesk, or similar)
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Basic understanding of SaaS products and data
