The Role
You build our marketing. Not manage, not optimize — build. You develop the strategy, execute it, and measure what works. From paid ads to organic content to landing pages — you own the entire funnel. You work directly with the founders and have the freedom to test channels and tactics as long as the numbers hold up.
What We Expect
- Experience building marketing strategies — ideally in a startup or scale-up
- Strong copywriting — from LinkedIn posts to ad copy to landing pages
- Experience with paid social and performance-oriented ads (Meta, Google, LinkedIn)
- You can build a content strategy and execute it systematically
- You track what works and iterate based on data — no gut-feel marketing
- Basic SEO knowledge — you understand how organic traffic works
Nice to Have
- Experience in e-commerce, Amazon FBA, or SaaS environments
- Experience with marketing tools (Google Analytics, Plausible, Ahrefs, HubSpot, or similar)
- Video content or YouTube strategy
- Multilingual marketing (DE/EN)
- Affiliate or influencer marketing

- You're just as good at writing as you are at analyzing.
- You actively use AI tools — for copy, ideation, and scaling.
- You're excited to build something from scratch and help shape the ProfitPath brand.
